Breads has taken the special place in our meal. No doubt it is the most preferred breakfast among people these days. Breads come in different shapes, flavors and varieties ranging from traditional loaves to flatbread and specialty bread Which have light, airy, tender and moist texture. Some even have the rustic, tender and dense appearance depending upon the flour and ingredients used.
Most of the time breads are made with all purpose flour which tastes quite well but I am going to share with you the most healthiest semolina bread recipe which are quite soft and spongy and you can make at home with the simple ingredients from you kitchen and can enjoy in form of sandwiches, toasts, breakfast and many more. Semolina gives the bread a slightly sweet and nutty flavor as well as tender crumb and golden crust.
Therefor, for a healthier option you must give this recipe a try. So why to wait or buy the bread from market when you can bake your own fresh, delicious and healthy bread at more.

Ingredients
Semolina- 2 cups
Instant yeast – 1+1/2tsp
Powder Sugar – 1+1/2tbsp
Water – 3/4 cup
Milk – 1/4cup
Oil ( vegetable) – 3 tbsp
Instructions
1.Take a mixing bowl, add instant yeast, sugar and sifted semolina.
2.After mixing them gently, add milk and water, and whisk them gently with the use of hand whisker or silicon spatula. You can even use your hands.
3.Keep the batter at rest for at least 15 minutes.
4.Now knead the dough in a mixer or with your hands for around 5-7 minutes. Add oil and knead again, the dough should be soft and spongy without any lumps.
5. Its turn to let the dough rest for at least 1 hour. Cover the dough with a cloth and keep it in a warm place. Due to the use of yeast, the dough will get doubled in size.
6.Again knead the dough for 2-3 minutes, roll it into a rectangular shape and transfer it into a pan of same size.
7.Keep the dough at rest again for 30 minutes, so that the dough will take the shape of the loaf pan.
8.After 30 minutes, milk wash the dough with the use of silicon brush and bake it in a pre heated oven at 375 degree F or 210 degree C for 30 minutes or you can check the top of bread which should be golden brown.
9.Let the bread cool for 20 minutes on a cooling rack before cutting and serving them.
The breads are ready enjoy them with the toppings of butter, jam and in the way you like.

Total time – 2 hour 10 minutes.

Things to remember
The semolina should be sifted before adding to the batter.
The kneaded dough should be very soft and spongy.
Always grease the pan with oil before transferring the dough.
The oven should be pre-heated.
You can adjust the timing of baking for 5-7 minutes as every oven has different temperature settings.
The ingredients you use should be at room temperature i.e. not very cold or not very hot.
All the measurements should be accurate to get the desired softness and texture.
Do not slice the bread until it is cooled completely.
Garnishing can be done with sesame seeds before baking.
